August 24th 2010 – Rocket Lab completed the final construction of its new Lab Scale Rocket Motor Test Cell (LSTC). The state of the art indoor facility includes a fully instrumented thrust cell, fire suppression and chemical scrubbing system for exhaust by-products. Peter Beck, CEO of Rocket Lab, said the new test cell enables rapid characterisation of new fuels and propulsion systems while offering the highest level of safety and convenience.
