July 1st 2010 – Rocket Lab receives a research grant from the United States Office of Naval Research (ONR) to study new rocket propulsion methods and fuels. The research program builds upon Rocket Lab's innovative propulsion techniques and aims to demonstrate new high performance rocket propulsion fuels and systems at lab scale.
